Welcome to Exotic Auto Detailing. By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, protect both parties, and uphold the elite standard of service we deliver.
1. Scope of Services
Exotic Auto Detailing provides premium automotive detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washes, paint correction, ceramic coatings, interior deep cleaning, engine bay detailing, and specialty treatments. Service packages are subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle type, condition, and client requests.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability. Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We reserve the right to reschedule or delay service due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or staff availability. A confirmation message will be sent after booking.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service total. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a refusal of future service.
4. Payments & Pricing
Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Zelle, and approved digital payment methods. All prices listed are base rates and may increase depending on the size, condition, and complexity of the vehicle. Custom quotes are provided upon request.
5. Liability Disclaimer
While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, Exotic Auto Detailing is not liable for
Pre-existing damage or defects (scratches, dents, weak paint, worn interior materials, etc.)
Damage due to poor aftermarket parts or modificationsLoss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle
Clients are advised to remove all valuables prior to drop-off. Service is provided at the customer's risk, especially in cases of severely neglected or sensitive finishes.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Our reputation is built on quality. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will review the issue and offer a reasonable resolution at our discretion.
7. Property Access & Safety
For mobile detailing (if applicable), the client must ensure that the work area is safe, legal, and accessible. We require sufficient space, lighting, and access to water/electricity (unless otherwise noted). If conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the service.
8. Photography & Marketing
We may take photos or videos of your vehicle before and after service for documentation and marketing purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media, and promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
9. Policy Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services, you accept any revised terms.
